RETURN POLICY

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

• Contact us at helpline@juliusyaleweb.com to initiate your return
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, as exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags attached
• Items returned after 30 days
• Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at helpline@juliusyaleweb.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
